This father created an Android app that let him monitor his son’s continuous glucose monitor readings on a phone. It was kludgy and only he could use it, but it worked. So if his son was at soccer running around, he could be in the bleachers (or at home) watching glucose levels rise and fall on his smartphone. If they jigged out of range, he could take action.
